Manage your own patient schedules.
Case Conference weekly with your direct Manager and determine ongoing care or Discharge and Recert Planning.
Direct Patient Care to help them achieve wellness and autonomyTake the extra mile and interact with patients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfactionPromote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomesAdhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulationsPerform Timely and Accurate electronic charting that reflects the care provided each visitFull-time, Part-time, PRN, and weekend opportunities available.
