Job Description:
As the Marketing Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
Serving as first contact for daily senior living inquiries from prospects (and resident representatives) who contact us via email, submit a web-based form, call in or drop in at the Welcome Center.
Responding to such inquiries individually and expertly, and/or triage inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
Possessing a full understanding of specific details of CKV's continuum of care and services, such as fees, requirements, and various timelines.
Acquiring proficiency in CKV's residency agreements, financing and design options, and associated paperwork in order to prepare paperwork for signatures, make the necessary copies and upload and/or distribute paperwork accurately and promptly within and outside Marketing department.
Providing as-needed support to Retirement Counselors, which may include scheduling appointments, scheduling and conducting tours, teleconference tours and telephone follow-up with prospects.
Acquire progressively the confidence and expertise needed to serve as back-up to Retirement Counselors when necessary.
Functioning as co-administrator of our marketing database software.
Keep database and wait list up-to-date and accurate.
Running and analyzing a weekly wait list report and monthly reports for VP of Sales and Marketing.
Entering new villagers and their basic information in our Electronic Health Records database.
Coordinating handing-off new villagers' information to Residential Living at the time of move-in.
Acquiring proficiency in the implementation of our electronic signature platform.
Providing support to the entire Marketing Team as a back-up to the Marketing Assistant when needed.
Contacting scheduling and training volunteers when needed.
Participating in the coordinating of events when needed.
Participating actively in the yearly gathering and compiling of comparative data from our local competitors.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; or three years' experience in a related field such as Real Estate, Banking, Hospitality, Health Care, Fundraising or College Admissions.
Must consistently demonstrate customer service excellence, confidentiality, dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook and Zoom.
Must have the ability to function efficiently in an often fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
