The HR Generalist will be responsible for administering policies and programs covering the staff employment lifecycle to include onboarding, professional development, performance management, change management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will coach leaders and managers on HR procedures or staff issues involving conflict and you will also assist business leaders with development and execution of management strategies.
Administering benefits is another key responsibility and requires you to create/manage all communications, enrollments, and issue resolution.
You will also play a key role in analyzing and evaluating all health/welfare programs and recommending Agency direction.

Because the majority of our staff are focused on therapeutic needs of these individuals, we also need the HR Generalist to assist in a number of administrative duties.
Some include backing up the front desk/receptionist, assisting with Board of Director material/communication, processing mail, and /or coordinating training, licensing, contract/agreements.
Because the role is instrumental to day-to-day operations with collaboration, engaging, and managing HR and some Administrative activities, the role has very limited remote working options.

Key qualifications we seek are:
HR Generalist or related work experience of 3-4 years Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is highly desired Strong people skills; you're approachable, a good listener, and empathetic Some experience with benefit administration is preferred but not required Ability to handle and maintain confidential and/or sensitive information with proper care and discretion.
Maintain ethical values.
Top Notch Customer Service skills to respond timely, accurately, and professionally; An ability to treat others with respect and grow relationships with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors.
Tech-Savvy; proficiency with Google products and Social Media.
