Role and
Responsibilities:
Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
Assist with turnover of apartments.
May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
Appliance repair.
Customer service.
Salt/snow removal duties.
Rotating on-call in the Mechanicsburg area.
May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
Working cell phone.
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid PA drivers license and reliable and insured transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
