Qualifications:
Active PA COTA License in good standing Hand's on CPR certification New two step PPD or TB blood test Covid vaccine or approved exemption Physician signed communicable diseases form (will be provided) Responsibilities Include:
Provide services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment Provide guidance to family members and facility staff Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members Keeping a positive, teamwork approach About Us:
