50 an hour Train and supervise individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities including Autism and/or Persons with Mental Health diagnoses with work assignments while providing various work opportunities to each individual.
Perform production tasks involved in the production process.
Packaging and material handling etc.
Assist individuals in completing their work assignments as directed.
Assist with scheduling and assignments of individuals on various contracts.
Maintain a positive, professional manner with staff, individuals, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate time and production records, implement goals and objectives.
Set up jobs/contracts as directed.
Establish and maintain efficient production procedures.
Assist in maintenance of HART Center building, equipment, and machinery as needed.
Strictly enforce fire and safety regulations.
Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area/environment.
Accompany groups and individuals into industry to provide supervision and training.
Maintain an ethical, positive, professional manner with staff, consumers and other representatives of business, agency and community contacts.
Assume responsibility for acquiring at least 24 hours of in-service training by readings, videos and other materials made available by the H.

Center.
Continue to enhance HR related knowledge through seminars, peer to peer discussions, formal training and local organizations.
Assist other staff, wherever possible, towards implementing existing goals, as well as any new goals mutually agreed upon by the immediate supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
