Injection Molder


Overview:Experienced Injection Molder
Responsibilities:
The injection molder must be able to interpret and understand product specifications, data sheets, and customer requirements. Set up and operate reaction injection molding press. Repair and maintain machines. Read specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings. Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time. Follow written and computer instructions. Work with engineering and service personnel to develop procedures and documentation to inspect, repair, and recertify equipment. Able to safely and efficiently use required tools, including, but not limited to, common powered hand tools. Must read, write, perform basic math, have working knowledge of decimals and fractions, read measuring devices and gauges, and interpret blueprints. Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum of 2 years of experience in master molding or equivalent preferred. Excellentverbal communication skills. Self-directed and highly motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Can work equally well individually as well as in a design team setting. Good trouble shooting skills. Positive, can do attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, bend and reach with up to 50 pounds occasionally. Able to work on your feet up to 10 hours per day. Able to wear a respirator if necessary.

Has a hands-on approach to problem solving and design. Knowledge of and experience working in and around an ISO certified manufacturing facilities.

Operate fork truck when needed.Maintain cleanliness of general work area

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
